Keeping Those (Fitness) Resolutions

Did any of your New Year's Resolutions involve taking better care of yourself? Improving your physical fitness? Eating more fruits and vegetables? Sleeping more? Mine did - I resolved to eat fewer carbs and today for lunch at Panera I ate a sandwich, croutons in my tomato soup, and part of the baguette that came on the side of my soup. So, overall, I'm not doing very well with that resolution... (I don't feel too badly though, as I'm still on vacation and plan to really kick my resolutions into gear next Monday.)

The first is of Jill Handy, the General Manager at my gym (Aggieland Fitness Dome), talking with two of the KBTX news anchors about personal improvement in the new year. The second is of Anne Turner, one of the Dome's amazing instructors, leading one of the anchors through a few Group Centergy exercises. Even if you don't live in College Station or have plans to join the Dome (send me a message if you WOULD like to join the Dome) these videos are relevant - they'll get us all started as we tackle our 2013 New Years Resolutions!
