Wake Up Wisconsin

Yesterday morning, a regional news program - WKOW's Wake Up Wisconsin - filmed in Madison, Wisconsin ran a story on Sara and Jeff and what it was like to experience both the attack and aftermath of a tornado. You can view the video here.

The primary reporter/producer for the story, who attended my and Sara's high school and was in Sara's graduating class, interviewed Sara via Skype, my mom in person, and me over the phone. Jeff declined to be interviewed, as he only does national television now. (I kid.)

It's great to see Sara and Jeff's story continuing to receive coverage, as I know from experience how quickly and drastically "interest" in and support for victims of disaster diminishes once the media moves on.

And I really will return to "regularly scheduled programming" soon - I promise!
