This Guy Takes the Cake. I Mean, the Ice Cream.

I pride myself on making the most of winter, rather than spending those three (or four, or five, depending on where you live) months hidden under a blanket in front of the fireplace. Don't get me wrong now, I enjoy cuddling up in front of a blazing fire with a glass of wine or hot chocolate, but I also love spending time outdoors in the cold and snow.

Most folks who live in the northern half of the country feel the same way as I do, or they at least enjoy some aspects of this chilly time of year…after all, if they couldn't handle winter up north, they'd move down south and next door to me here in Texas.

We bundle up and go sledding, ice skating, ice boating, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. We build snow forts and have snowball fights. We cheer on our Green Bay Packers (outside) at Lambeau Field. We shovel, shovel, and shovel some more.

We (well, some of us) even make snow angels in our swimsuits, which I think makes us pretty tough.

But this guy...well, this guy puts us all to shame.

Did you click on the link? Do so before you read on, as it's much better to watch the three-second video than to read my description of it below.

Only a true Midwesterner would eat - and actually enjoy - ice cream while coaching a football game in 20 degree weather and a blizzard. As the good folks over at SBNation point out, at least the ice cream won't melt...
